General Notice: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between CreativeBuilding | Network (“CreativeBuilding,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“you” or “User”) governing your access to and use of GameHub (including GameHub ID, GameHub Connect, web properties, and community features) and any related games, sites, or services we operate (for example, DropNGo, DropZone, Shoreward) (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • The Services are available only to individuals aged 13 or older. By registering, you represent you meet this requirement.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You are responsible for content you post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services (“Content”). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

By submitting Content, you grant CreativeBuilding a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, publicly display, distribute, and create derivative works of your Content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Services. This license continues for as long as your Content is available on the Services and for a commercially reasonable period thereafter to support backups, audits, and dispute resolution.

4. AI-Powered Features

GameHub includes optional AI features such as Post Summaries and AI Post Breakdown that process your Content to generate outputs.

  • Post Summaries: We may retain and use anonymized or aggregated data derived from summaries to develop and improve our internal models and features.
  • AI Post Breakdown: We process your message and question to generate a one-time response. We may use content processed through AI post breakdowns to train or improve our models beyond what is necessary for security, abuse prevention, or short-term operational logging.
  • Third-party processors: We may use trusted service providers to facilitate AI processing consistent with our Privacy Policy.
  • Limitations: AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors. Use your own judgment, and do not rely on AI for professional advice or safety-critical decisions.
  • Optional Use: You can use the Services without using AI features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to submit or link to Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, exploitative, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable; infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; discloses others’ personal information; includes malware or spam; or attempts to circumvent security or rate limits. You also agree not to:

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, networks, or users;
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Services except as permitted by law;
  • Use the Services to train external models without our written permission.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We may review, remove, limit distribution of, or refuse Content; suspend or terminate accounts; or restrict features, at our discretion, with or without notice, including to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Our decisions may be based on automated or human review. You may contact us if you believe an action was taken in error.

7. Transactions, Virtual Items & Pricing

  • By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge your payment method and send related emails/receipts.
  • Prices may change with notice (e.g., email to the address on file). Taxes may apply.
  • Virtual items, credits, or subscriptions (if offered) are licensed, not sold, and may be modified, discontinued, or revoked per these Terms.
  • Refunds (if any) are handled per posted policies or as required by law.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

9. Intellectual Property & Notices

The Services and all associated materials (excluding your Content) are owned by CreativeBuilding or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.

Copyright/DMCA: If you believe Content infringes your rights, email us at admin@mc-creativebuilding.net with: (i) your contact info; (ii) identification of the work claimed infringed; (iii) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (iv) a statement of good-faith belief; (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (vi) your physical or electronic signature.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES (INCLUDING AI FEATURES) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATIVEBUILDING AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreativeBuilding and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to the Services & to These Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms periodically. We will provide notice (e.g., in-account notice and/or email) when material changes occur. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
