If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our platform by completing a written DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent listed below. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act swiftly to remove or disable access to the challenged material.
Submitting a Notice of Infringement
To file a valid copyright infringement notification with Crux Interactive, your written notice must include substantially all of the following structural requirements requested under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Crux Interactive to locate the material (providing specific URL paths is highly recommended).
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy under Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedures
If material you posted on our service was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a written Counter-Notification with our Designated Agent. To be effective, your counter-notice must contain your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material with its original location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, and your full contact info along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.
Account Termination Policy
Crux Interactive maintains a strict policy regarding repeat offenders. In appropriate circumstances, we will suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate the system accounts of users or developers who are repeatedly or systematically flagged as infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
